My Food. My Rules. myDaily.

I am a big foodie! If the number of food reviews on my blog and the constant food posts on all my social media handles does not prove it then I don’t know what will. I can eat food anytime and anywhere, especially if the food is my favourite. But some days I just don’t feel it. I wake up in the morning and conveniently start my day directly with lunch not even realizing that I missed the most important meal of the day! Reason? Maybe I woke up late, I had an early morning work skype call or I was caught up with submissions. The food that mom cooked was just not appealing enough for me and I had no time to get something together for myself.

A lot of us happen to miss our meals in the same manner for some reason or the other. And then we resort to junk food. A packet of chips for lunch, a bottle of coke for the evening snack or a slice of cheese for dinner. It affects our body, affects our lifestyle and makes us unhealthy. Keeping this problem in my The Four Fountains Spa has come up with an on-the-go meal, which is healthy, can be prepared within a minute and contains all the vitamins, minerals and nutrients that a normal, average portion meal would contain. Say hello to myDaily! Yes! Sound too good to be true right?

myDaily Meal – Vanilla Flavour

myDaily is essentially a powdered product available in three flavours, namely, Neutral, Vanilla and Chocolate. All you have to do is add the powder to 350 ml of water, mix it well and voila! Your meal is ready. A one-of-its-kind product in India, myDaily packets are available at all the outlets of Four Fountains Spa. You can even order them online on the myDaily site, Amazon and Holachef (only in Mumbai). A packet costs Rs. 175. You can even buy a pack of three, which costs Rs. 495 or a pack of ten that costs Rs. 1249. If you are someone who is going to be having it on a frequent basis, going in for the pack of ten would be a good option.

myDaily Meal - Neutral Flavour
myDaily Meal – Neutral Flavour

I tried all the three flavours and the chocolate and vanilla both appealed to me. The powder is actually quite yummy considering that it contains 12 essential vitamins and 13 important minerals! The neutral flavour essentially is soy milk flavour and did not do it for me at all. It tasted quite bland and had a peculiar taste of flour. But it happens to be a good choice if you’d like to experiment with your drink by adding chunks of fresh fruits, syrups or dry fruits. You could try making brownies! Find some recipes here.

myDaily is a product that is here to stay and might just change the way people have meals. It’s a boon for those who don’t have time to give a thought to food amidst their busy schedules. So go ahead, try it out and it might just become your new thing!
