Yes, we’re talking about cocktails! While delicious concoctions of alcohol mixed together with fruity liquids are easy to find at any bar, wouldn’t it be amazing if you could make them at home? Espresso vodka is a yummy flavour in its own and is a top favourite of all coffee-lovers! But mixing it up with the right ingredients can really do wonders.

Ingredients:

Espresso Vodka – 60 ml
Black Coffee (cold) – 60 ml
Monin Butterscotch Syrup – 20 ml

Method:

Add all ingredients including the golden butterscotch syrup to a tall steel glass. Cover the glass with another steel glass of the same size and shake the cocktail with lots of ice. Strain it into a stellar glass, garnish with coffee powder and serve!

Lemon has a very natural and fresh taste to it. Adding it up with alcohol just makes the drink lighter, adds to its citrus quotient and also makes it healthy!

Ingredients:

Vodka – 50 ml
Fresh lemon juice – 50 ml
Sugar and lemonade mix – 1 tablespoon

Method:

Add all the ingredients to a tall steel glass along with ice. Using another glass, shake up all of the ingredients together until they have mixed well. Take a martini glass (or any glass) and sugar coat the edges. Empty your drink into it, stick a lime wedge to one side and serve!

Gin is a nice and light drink that goes easy on the stomach at any time of the day. And what’s better than having it with some “fizz”?

Ingredients:

Gin – 60 ml
Fresh Lemon Juice – 60 ml
Sugar – 1/2 tablespoon
Soda bottle – 1

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together, except soda, using two steel glasses and shake well. You can decrease or increase the amount of sugar depending on your taste. Add a splash of soda to make the drink fizzy , stick a lime wedge on one side and serve chilled!

4) Blueberry Mojito:

Mojitos are yummy and fresh and an all-time favourite of all cocktail lovers. But have you ever tried a blueberry flavoured Mojito?

Ingredients:

Blueberry squash – 20 ml (available at any store)
Fresh lime juice – 2 tablespoons
Sugar – 2 teaspoons
Fresh mint leaves – 10
White rum – 60 ml
Ice – 1 cup
Soda bottle – 1

Method:

Take blueberries, lime juice, sugar and 8 mint leaves in a steel glass. Use the end of a wooden spoon to muddle the mint into the lime juice and sugar. Add rum, shake well using another glass and pour it into a glass filled with ice. Top it up with some soda and serve chilled! Use mint leaves and fresh blueberries (if available) for garnishing.

Ingredients:

Vodka – 60 ml
Watermelon juice – 60 ml
Green tea – 30 ml

Method:

In a steel glass filled with ice, mix the vodka, watermelon juice and green tea. Shake well using another steel glass till all the ingredients have mixed well. Pour it into a chilled martini glass (or any other glass), garnish with a rose petal and serve.
